Blueberry & Banana Pancakes


-2 Bananas

-1 egg

-1/2 cup oats

– 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or 1 tsp Vanilla essense

-1/4 cup Almond or coconut Milk (optional)

-Cinnamon to taste



-Mash the two bananas into a bowl & add egg

– Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well

– Spoon mixture into frying pan on medium heat.

– Top with unsweetened natural yoghurt, extra Blueberries, crushed walnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
