½ scoop chocolate Protein Powder
4 tbsn of coconut flour/almond meal
¼ cup mixed berries
1 tbsn of stevia
1-2 tbsp Water
Whisk eggs in a bowl then slowly add in coconut flour while stirring.
Add in all other ingredients and stir until mixed.
Add to a large mug and microwave for 1.30min-2min.
Turn onto plate and serve with natural unsweetened yoghurt or greek Yoghurt.
