Homemade Granola



  • 2 cups of almonds, walnuts, cashews chopped roughly
  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • ¼ cup of melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon to taste
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsn Honey (optional)




Preheat oven to 120-150degrees

Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl, then add Melted Coconut Oil (Honey if using)

Line tray with baking paper and add ingredients evenly.

Cook for 15-20mins until golden and turning halfway.
